LOAN PROGRAM SELECTION - We will discuss in depth, the different loan programs available to you and determine how each fits with your present and long term financial goals.  Circumstances like the amount of your down payment, how long you anticipate being in the home or if you have another home to sell; all have an impact on your decision.  There are choices, and it's my job to inform you of the available options.

STEP 3
LOAN APPROVAL - Yes, this can be a stressful time.  There are many i's to dot and t's to cross.   However, Cache Valley Mortgage & Loan processes and approves most loans in our Logan  office.  In addition, our technology helps us move very quickly.
